Dormitories

• The North dorm consists of two double bunk beds and an easy bunk bed.
• The South dorm has four bunk beds.
• The two dorm rooms have communal shared bathrooms with hot showers.
• For overnight stays, you are asked to bring a sleeping bag to use.
• For those not bringing a sleeping bag or towel it is possible to rent them for an additional charge of Euro 5.

Double Rooms

• The six bedrooms, are all double/twin rooms with private bathrooms.
• These rooms include linen and towels.

Food is a passion and, when possible, the preparation of pasta, bread and focaccia is done on site in the fully equipped kitchen.

The dishes offered are prepared in the kitchen from quality raw materials (preferably local and organic). They create full and natural flavours by limiting the use of salt, using flours and whole grains, replacing sugar with coconut blossom sugar, maple or agave syrup, dates and raisins, brown sugar, abolishing animal fats and monosodium glutamate.

Breakfast

Served from 7.30am to 9.00am - only for overnight guests - included in half board.

Homemade bread, jams, gluten-free biscuits, biscuits, vegetable yogurt, cereals and dried fruit, fresh fruit, apple juice, teas and coffees.

Lunch

Served from 12.00pm to 14.30pm -restaurant open to the public.

The menu varies from day to day and usually includes: a plate of pasta, a soup or a soup, a  vegan bowl (single dish that includes a cereal, a cooked vegetable, a raw vegetable, vegetable proteins and an accompanying sauce ), a quiche or a burger with a side dish. Finally, some delicious sweets or biscuits (all prepared in our kitchen).

Dinner

Served at 7.00 pm - for overnight guests - included in half board.

You will be served three dishes (a first, a second and a dessert or an appetiser, a single dish and a dessert) designed by the chef to be beautiful, wholesome and nutritious. If you have intolerances or allergies the chef will be happy to cook something that suits your needs, but don't forget to bring it to their attention.

Water is included, as well as coffee or herbal tea to finish the meal.

They ask any customers who might be skeptical about vegan cuisine to trust and experiment.

Yoga

• Their dedicated yoga shala is equipped with all what you may need (mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets) and is available for use free of charge to guests. It is ideal for warm-up and cool-down exercises before and after skiing/hiking.
• They have two 500hr Yoga Alliance teachers available for private or group lessons for all ability ranges, even those who have never practised yoga before. Lesson bookings can be made for your stay there, please just advise us.
• Mountain yoga retreats are also available with options of multiple classes each day and vegetarian meals if so desired. We recommend booking the yoga retreats in advance to ensure that we can confirm with them that they can cater to your needs in the best possible way.
• Their teachers are also available for lessons in pranayama (yogic breathing technique) and meditation.
• The lessons are either in English or Italian language.
• Massage, (acupressure based), is available on request or can be booked in advance.

At the bar, homemade cakes are served along with cookies that can be accompanied with a juice or an organic fizzy drink or a wide range of tea and herbal teas.
