From Milan Malpensa airport follow the signs to the motorway A8. Get onto the A8 Motorway and head East until you reach the A26 motorway, here you need to turn south onto the A26 heading south. Leave the A26 motorway at the Romangnano-Ghemme junction and then follow the main road SS299 to Alagna. You will pass various villages including Borgosesia, Varallo, Vocca, Balmuccia, Scopella, Piode, Campertogno, Mollia, Riva Valdobbia and then Alagna Valsesia.
From Milan Linate airport follow the signs towards Milan and the motorway. You are on the South East side of Milan. You need to head towards Turin (sue West) around the south ring road of Milan. Take the A4 towards Novarra, leave the motorway at Novara Ovest to join the A26 at Biandrate signing for Gravellona Toce and follow the indications for Romagnano-Ghemme. Come off the motorway at Romangnano-Ghemme and then follow the main road SS299 to Alagna. You will pass various villages including Borgosesia, Varallo, Vocca, Balmuccia, Scopella, Piode, Campertogno, Mollia, Riva Valdobbia and then Alagna Valsesia.
