This rustic self catering accommodation is situated in a quiet location 500 metres from the main village centre of Gressoney St. Jean, which can be reached by an easy walk along the cross country trails.

Accommodation is available in apartments and studio flats that are equipped with wooden furniture, mezzanines jutting out over the living rooms, satellite TV, telephone and radio.  The largest apartments also have fire places and whirlpool baths.

There is a bar which is decorated in the style of and Austrian “Stube”, catering services in the apartments, whirlpool, sauna and a small gym with games room.

Right opposite the residence is a bus stop giving access to the regular bus link to the main Monterosa ski area.

It has private parking and garaging.
