High Altitude New Year
It is with much sadness that I report that the Rifugio Guglielmina is no longer. This morning a fire started reportedly in the generator room and due to the high winds the emergency services have been unable to prevent the fire from taking over the whole building.
Zuba Ski have worked with Alberto and his family for many years now and wish him and all the people involved in what had become a wonderful and unique venue our best wishes and hopes for the future.

The Zuba Ski High Altitude party is our annual party with a difference at 2,800 metres.

Hosted by our good friend Alberto in his newly renovated Rifugio Guglielmina mountain hotel.
The Rifugio now boasts showers and heating in all bedrooms as well WiFi... Yes it still has all the traditional and cosy character, but added comforts!

Complete accommodation package - Euro 450 per person:
- You can be met at Milan Malpensa airport (transfers not included) and be transported to Alagna Village
- Take the lift to Salati and ski the short journey or take the snow mobile with your luggage to the Guglielmina.
- Five nights accommodation on half board basis at the Guglielmina
- Including the delicious and enormous 6 course New Year’s Eve banquet with fine Italian wine included
- The evening starts off with Prosecco and Miacce on the terrace
- New Year’s Eve an actioned packed evening of music and dancing!!
