Le Rocher Hotel
Set about 10 minutes walk from the main centre of Champoluc and only 5 mins walk from the Frachey lift station, the Hotel Le Rocher offers a very comfortable and contemporary place from which to enjoy the mountains.
The bar offers a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy the environment and to meet other guests. The restaurant offers both regional and local dishes from the Aosta region along with some delicious wines. Note the Aosta valley is very well respected for its wine production.
The hotel is set back from the road and has its own private covered parking. There is a ski shuttle service which will take you and collect you from the ski lift stations.
There is a comfortable relaxation centre where treatments and massage are offered. Relax after a day in the mountains on one of the chaise-longues, or if the weather permits, enjoy the sunshine outside in the garden.
The nearest ski lift station is Frachey which is about 500 metres up the road from the hotel. From here you can access the whole of the Monterosa ski area initially taking a monorail train up the mountain.
Rooms
The hotel has 23 rooms. Bedrooms either have a garden view or look onto the Monte Rosa. Most have showers in their bathrooms with the exception of the larger ones, that have a hydro massage bath.

Champoluc is a village in the commune of Ayas, in the province of Aosta Valley, Northern Italy. The area is known as a centre for hiking, mountaineering and skiing, particularly around the Monte Rosa mountain range.
Ski Passes
The ski pass booking system in the Monterosa works on the basis that the earlier ski passes are booked, the better the price. Ski passes booked within 10 days of your trip are likely to cost more than those bought in advance.
The Zuba team will ask you for the relevant information as soon as your accommodation is secured, so that we can make a swift booking for you.
Equipment Hire
Zuba works with La Glisse ski hire that is located at the main lift in Champoluc leading up to Crest. You can access the lift station from within the shop, enabling you to collect your kit on the way up the mountain.
The shop is open every day: 7.30 am to 7.30 pm

Ski School
The Champoluc Ski School have 40 instructors who work throughout the area.
The qualified instructors cover all disciplines: alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, telemark, freeride and freestyle.
Airport Transfers
Headed to Champoluc - fly to Turin for shortest transfer time
Provide us with your flight details and Zuba will organise your transfers.
Private minibus will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. On the return journey, the same minibus will take you back to the airport on time.
