Hotel Lo Campagnar
A charming hotel right at the bottom of the piste in the small hamlet of Dolonne and in walking distance to the Dolonne lift station.
Situated at the top of La Dolonne, this hotel, run by Roberto and his mother and father, Luciano and Eliseo, is in a great position for people wanting to be able to ski home after a day on the mountain, or indeed to be able to take their children up to the Kids Fun Park which is less than 100 metres away. Elisabetta, on reception will welcome you into the accommodation - you are sure to have a lovely stay.
The hotel is primarily a B&B but can offer a half board menu during the week if you are staying for 5 days or more. They do not offer this menu on the weekend.
There is a sauna and a small jacuzzi to relax in after the day on the mountain.
The ski run down from Plan Checrouit to La Dolonne runs right above the hamlet of Dolonne so it is easy to drop down and finish within a few metres of the hotel (subject to snow conditions). Note also that at the bottom of the ski run, there is the childrens fun park and cafe where families can enjoy afternoons playing on the slope and benefiting from the "tapis roulant" or moving carpets to get up the hill.
The closest lift station is of course La Dolonne - depending on the conditions, there is a 3 minute walk from the hotel or you can drop down to the lift on your skis. There is a ski and boot room in the hotel where your equipment can be stored over night.
There is ample parking for anyone arriving by car and La Dolonne offers a selection of cafes and bars for you to enjoy apres ski.

NOTE: The Mont Blanc Tunnel is closed completely until 18th December 2023. This will impact transfer times.
Courmayeur is an Alpine resort in northwest Italy, at the foot of Mont Blanc.
Ski Passes
The ski pass booking system in Courmayeur Mont Blanc ski area works on the basis that the earlier ski passes are booked, the better the price. Ski passes booked within 10 days of your trip are likely to cost more than those bought in advance.

Equipment Hire
Zuba works with 4810 Sport for those staying in Courmayeur and La Dolonne. Situated right at the car park at the bottom of the La Dolonne lift, the access could not be easier.
The shop is open every day: 8am - 7pm
Guiding and Instruction
Zuba works closely with local mountain guides in Coumayeur enabling you to get the most from this incredible region.
Skiing stretches from Courmayeur itself to all of the off-piste interaries around the Mont Blanc, including the vallée blanche down to Chamonix.

Ski School
The Monte Bianco Ski School was established in 1936.
Today there are over 170 ski instructors specialising in various disciplines. Whilst lessons are available for all ages, excellent provision for children is available ensuring a love of the mountains whilst they learn to ski or snowboard.

Headed to Courmayeur - fly to Geneva or Turin for shortest transfer time
Provide us with your flight details and Zuba will organise your transfers.
Private minibus will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. On the return journey, the same minibus will take you back to the airport on time.
