Pietre Gemelle Resort
Pietre Gemelle Resort provides tastefully decorated and fully equipped self catered apartments, 5 mins drive outside Alagna.
The complex can be found between the villages of Riva Valdobbia and Alagna, in the hamlet of Pietre Gemelle, only 2km from the ski lifts. The result of a long project which was started in 2005, its aim was to reconstruct old buildings existing in the area.
The resort has 4 characteristic mountain houses in wood and stone, set behind “Pietre Gemelle”, two monolithic stone masses that originally gave their name to the community which settled here.
The building includes 16 accommodation units with more then 70 beds.
During the winter season, there is a transfer service to the ski lift station in Alagna.
Clients have many services at their disposal including a fully serviced wellness area, a good-sized private car park, a heated ski room and a staffed reception and laundry.

Alagna Valsesia is a commune and small village high in the Valsesia alpine valley in the province of Vercelli, Piedmont, northern Italy, a UNESCO World heritage site since 2013.
Ski Passes
The ski pass booking system in the Monterosa works on the basis that the earlier ski passes are booked, the better the price. Ski passes booked within 10 days of your trip are likely to cost more than those bought in advance.

Equipment Hire
The rental shop SportHaus is located on the left hand side as you approach the lift station. They offer a good range of equipment for everyone. This includes small skis, boots and helmets for children as well as alpine skis, snow boards and ski touring skis for the more adventurous!
The shop is open every day: 8am - 7pm
Guiding and Instruction
Zuba works closely with local mountain guides in Alagna to offer you a selection of off-piste programmes, to suit your personal requirements and ability.
Some of these programmes can be a holiday in themselves lasting several days or a week, others can be incorporated in to your normal ski trip. Get in touch with the Zuba team and we can book suitable guiding for your trip.
Ski School
The Alagna Ski school has been active since 1965. It offers group lessons and private lessons for all levels of skiing and snowboarding.
There are English speaking teachers and pre-booking is recommended. Zuba will connect you with the right people to enable efficient bookings of your lessons at a time that suits you on your holiday.
Airport Transfers
Headed to Alagna Valsesia - fly to Milan Malpensa for shortest transfer time
Provide us with your flight details and Zuba will organise your transfers.
Private minibus will pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel. On the return journey, the same minibus will take you back to the airport on time.
