Val d'Anniviers Tour - Switzerland - 4 Days
- Featured in: Alpine Ski Touring, Fitness Level 3, Intermediate Tours, Mountaineering Level 1, Skiing Level 3, Swiss starts
This amazing ski tour takes you to remote places and is a change from the normal classic itineraries. This tour forms the first 4 day section of the longer 7 Day val d'anniviers tour when combined with the alternative 3 day val d'anniviers ski mountaineering tour.
Surrounded by stunning mountains like the Weisshorn, Zinalrothorn and Dent Blanche you will skin and ski big and remote glaciers, climbing some interesting mountains, in particular the Bishorn 4,153 meters, one of the few peaks over 4,000 meters in the Alps easily accessible with skis.
This tour is not technical and gives you the opportunity to train and get confident with the area and the altitude. A great way to enjoy some high mountains as well as a wonderful region.
