Located at 1,327 metres altitude, the village is set beneath the east face of the Monte Rosa and is surrounded by some majestic 4,000 metre peaks.  The village was described as a pearl in the alps in the 70's/80's and whilst tourism has moved to larger resorts, Macugnaga has a wonderful traditional alpine atmosphere.  The people are very welcoming making this a perfect resort for families with small children in a safe and cosy environment.  Whilst the ski area is only 38km, the longest run is 7km and for the more adventurous parent we can provide guided skiing and heliskiing whilst the kids get to grips with the ski school.

The Gressoney valley is a truly living mountain community. With 3 main centres full of life even when the ski season is over. As a result you get people who are passionate about the mountain and who care if you come back again. The villages of Gressoney St Jean, La Trinite and Stafal all offer a different atmosphere and are suitable for different people. There is also a great sports centre in St Jean with an olympic sized swimming pool open to the public.

Situated on the North side of the Aosta valley, Champoluc and the little hamlet of Saint Jacques are one of the three valleys that along with Gressoney and Alagna form the Monterosa ski area. There is a lot of charm and a lot of history in the valley and with the Frachey lift station linking to the higher mountain areas, there is a lot of skiing also. Champoluc has a very active centre and in both summer and winter the village is a hive of activity.

A classic mountain resort looking up to the majestic Matterhorn.

The Matterhorn ski area is one of the largest in the Aosta Valley.  With 350km of pisted skiing available all on the one ski pass, you can ski over into Zermatt, Switzerland and have access to some of the highest lift accessed skiing in Europe.  Cervinia is a classic mountain resort which located at 2,050 metres altitude as an incredible reputation for good snow throughout the season, along with an early start to the season... at the beginning of November. The village has a good selection of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. The centre of the village itself is a traffic free centre, with a good range of après ski activities.

Over 150km of pisted exceptional skiing for all levels.

La Thuile is one of the largest ski resorts in the Valle d’Aosta. From the top of its 150 km of ski runs, you can admire the Rutor glacier and the famous Mont Blanc. The beautiful mountain chain over looks a vast valley surrounded by Pine and Fir trees. With your skis on, you can leave La Thuile and ski as far as the French resort of La Rosière for international skiing. It offers exceptional skiing for both the expert through to the beginner.

A hidden jewel of the Alps at the foot of the Monte Rosa.

Off-Piste freeride paradise and heliskiing from over 4,000 metres.

Situated at the head of the Sesia valley and overlooked by the Monte Rosa, Alagna is one of the hidden jewels in the Alps. An old Walser village, most of the buildings in Alagna are either very old or have been renovated in a traditional style. The heart of the village is pedestrian and is therefore very family friendly. Alagna is not for the feint hearted and offers some of the best off-piste and freeride skiing in the Alps. With heliskiing from over 4,000 metres, this is a playground for the keen skier. We offer guided skiing with qualified local Italian UIAGM mountain guides.

Situated at the head of the Aosta valley, Courmayeur is one of the most historically important villages in the Alps. With a lively centre to the village, Courmayeur is made up of 4 main hamlets each with their own personality and atmosphere. This makes Courmayeur unique in its flexibility to offer you a holiday which can suit your personal needs. The ski area is varied and suitable for both beginners as well as advanced skiers. There are a wide variety of restaurants on the mountain to suit all budgets. Take advantage of the thermal baths at the Pre Saint Didier, play tennis/ice skate in the sports centre or simply relax in one of the towns many bars and restaurants.
